Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Appointment of Alexander Grushko as the Russian Federation’s Permanent Representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) in Brussels, Belgium.
In a separate executive order, the President released Mr Grushko from his duties of deputy foreign minister in connection with his new appointment.
