On January 31, Vladimir Putin will attend celebrations and a concert at the State Kremlin Palace marking the 10th anniversary of the Russian Orthodox Church Local Council and the enthronement of the Patriarch.
The President will also meet with the primates and heads of delegations of local Orthodox churches from various countries, who will be in Moscow to take part in the celebrations.
