Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amending Article 13.21 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
According to the amendment, the production or distribution of unregistered media products, including the unauthorised distribution of foreign print media products in the Russian Federation, is now an administrative offence.
