Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma the draft Federal Constitutional Law On Amendments to the Federal Constitutional Law On the Russian Federation Constitutional Court.
The proposed amendments establish additional guarantees of due enforcement of Constitutional Court decisions.
The proposed amendments will obligate the bodies enforcing and implementing the law to take into account the Constitutional Court’s positions, which is an essential element in maintaining lawfulness and law and order within the existing legal system.
