The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia on the Recognition and Enforcement of Court Decisions and Arbitration Awards in Economic Cases.
The Agreement was signed in St Petersburg on June 29, 2022.
The Agreement stipulates that the parties reciprocally recognise and enforce final rulings of courts and international commercial arbitration on disputes related to entrepreneurial or other economic activity.
