Dmitry Medvedev signed the Order On Preparing Suggestions for Redistributing Powers Between Federal Executive Authorities, Regional Executive Authorities of the Russian Federation and Local Self-Government.
The President ordered to set a working group on legal issues pertaining to redistributing powers, as well as a working group on financial and tax issues and inter-budgetary relations.
