Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2014 and the 2015–2016 Budget Plan.
In accordance with the amendments, the Government of the Russian Federation has the right, during the current fiscal year, to make contributions to the authorised capital of the Credit Guarantee Agency Non-Banking Deposit and Credit Agency (Moscow), being created by the Russian Government to implement measures of guarantee-based support for small and medium-sized businesses and to create a national system of guarantee-issuing organisations. The contribution amount shall be up to 50 billion rubles [$1.4 billion] and shall be formed through redistribution of budgetary allocations reserved to finance additional measures to support sectors of the economy, small and medium-sized businesses, labour market, non-diversified municipal organisations, and social support for citizens.
