Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law On the State Defence Order and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The federal law aims to create a system for monitoring the use of budgetary funds when placing and fulfilling the state defence order. In particular, the system contemplates the collection and analysis of information on fulfilling the state defence order, its participants, contracts and settlements between the parties.
