Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Execution of the 2014 Federal Budget.
The Federal Law provides for approval of a report on the 2014 federal budget execution.
The 2014 budget was actually executed with 14,496.9 billion ruble in revenue, 14,831.6 billion rubles in spending, and a deficit of 334.7 billion ruble, which is 0.5 percent of the GDP (the same level as in 2013).
Inflation reached 11.4 percent, which is 6.4 percent above plan.
The non-oil-and-gas deficit amounted to 10.9 percent of the GDP, adding 0.5 percent of the GDP as compared to 2013, while in monetary form it grew by 911.5 billion rubles.
