Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation.
The new federal law introduces amendments to the Russian Budget Code as concerns the formation of the main vectors of the budget, tax and customs tariff policy of the Russian Federation, as a unified document used in preparing a draft federal law on the federal budget and to be submitted to the State Duma along with other documents and materials related to this draft federal law.
The Russian Finance Ministry has been vested with the necessary powers for preparing and submitting the aforementioned document to the Government of the Russian Federation.
The federal law also provides for the formation of the main vectors of the budget and tax policy by government agencies of the Russian Federation constituent entities and local self-government bodies in the form of a unified document.
