The President signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on writing off the Republic of Kyrgyzstan’s debt to the Russian Federation under loans provided on September 20, 2012.
The protocol stipulates writing off Kyrgyzstan’s debts to Russia within the framework of financial assistance to the republic’s development.
