The President signed the Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2019 and the 2020 and 2021 Planning Period.
The Federal Law stipulates clarifications to the parameters of the federal budget for 2019 taking into consideration the results of implementing the federal budget from January to April 2019, as well as the anticipated results of Russia’s socioeconomic development and the implementation of the federal budget in 2019.
Under the Federal Law, the expected 2019 federal budget revenue will total 20 trillion 174.9 billion rubles and the expenses are estimated at 18 trillion 293.7 billion rubles.
The federal budget surplus is estimated at 1 trillion 881.2 billion rubles.
