The President approved a list of instructions following a meeting with Government members on July 3, 2019.
The Government was instructed to oversee the adoption of federal laws to provide regulatory support for the implementation of national projects (programmes) in key areas of strategic development for the Russian Federation in 2019.
In conjunction with the Bank of Russia and the FSB, the Government was instructed to develop a coordinated position with regard to draft federal laws regulating digital financial assets and the raising of financial resources with the use of digital technology.
Instructions to the Government and executive regional bodies concern discounted medications for certain categories of citizens.
