The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2019 and the 2020–2021 Planning Period.
The Federal Law envisages adjustment of the 2019 federal budget parameters, with due consideration for the results of the federal budget execution in January-September 2019 and in line with the anticipated results of the Russian Federation’s socioeconomic development in 2019 and the planned execution of the federal budget in 2019.
The total federal budget revenue in 2019 will stand at 19,970.3 billion rubles, total spending will constitute 18,489.5 billion rubles. The federal budget surplus is estimated to total 1,480.8 billion rubles.
