The President has signed the Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Suspending Certain Provisions of the Budget Code and Establishing Specifics of Budget Execution in 2020.
Under the Federal Law, the quarterly breakdowns of federal, regional and local budgets can be promptly changed without amending the law on the budget if the budget allocations need to be redistributed to ensure measures to mitigate the impact of the declining economy on some economic sectors as well as to prevent and address the spread of the coronavirus.
