The President signed Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2023 and the 2024–2025 Planning Period.
The Federal Law was drafted in keeping with the basic version of the Russian Federation’s socioeconomic development forecast for 2023 and the 2024–2025 planning period.
Key parameters of the 2023 federal budget are based on estimated GDP of 149,949 billion rubles and an inflation rate of no more than 5.5 percent. Total federal budget revenue is estimated at 26,130.3 billion rubles, with expenditures at 29,055.6 billion rubles, and a deficit of 2,925.3 billion rubles.
