Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol to the Agreement dated December 9, 2003, between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on the Settlement of the Ruble-denominated Debt for Previous Loans Provided by the Russian Federation to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on November 23, 2023.
The Protocol alters the terms of settling the Lao People’s Democratic Republic’s debt to the Russian Federation.
