Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting on budget policy.
The meeting examined the possibilities for incorporating in the draft 2011 federal budget and the draft budget plan for 2012–2013 expenditures required for implementation of presidential instructions, the motor roads construction and maintenance financing, and the idea of re-establishing the federal and regional road funds.
