Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Creating Conditions on Financial Markets for Free Movement of Capital.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 9, 2010.
The Agreement is to allow for the free movement of capital, the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the financial sector and the harmonization of legislation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation concerning the banking sector, the currency market, the securities market, and the insurance sector.
