Vladimir Putin signed Federal
Law On Amending Federal Law On the Development Bank and Article 970 of Part
II of the Russian Federation Civil Code.
The Federal Law is aimed at improving Vnesheconombank’s activities in providing comprehensive support for Russian industrial exports (goods, work, services).
The law’s provisions give Vnesheconombank the right to establish a joint-stock company, Russian Export Centre.
