Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Income Tax Evasion.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on November 17, 2015 and sets out procedures for taxing interest on credits and loans and dividends paid to the two parties’ governments and central banks.
