Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Federal Law On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia).
The Federal Law stipulates that the Bank of Russia has the right to provide paid services on transferring financial messages to Russian legal entities as stipulated by the regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia based on the agreements with them as well as to foreign legal entities, international organisations, and foreign central (national) banks based on the agreements with them.
