Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amending Article 15.1 of the Federal Law on Science and State Policy in Science and Technology.
The Federal Law On Science and State Policy in Science and Technology is being amended to stipulate that heads of collective management bodies at the federal state funds to support research, science and technology, and innovative activities are to be appointed by the President of Russia.
