Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Protection of Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in Exercising State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control, and the Federal Law on Strategic Planning in the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law introduces into the Federal Law on Strategic Planning in the Russian Federation provisions related to Russia’s scientific and technological development strategy as a strategic planning document developed at the federal level.
The strategy is developed by the federal executive agency responsible for the formulation of state policy and legal regulation in the sphere scientific, scientific-and-technical and innovative activity, in conjunction with other participants in strategic planning, and is approved by the President of the Russian Federation.
