The President approved a list of instructions following a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) to Promote New Projects, a meeting with technological project leaders and companies of the National Technology Initiative (NTI), as well as a tour of the ASI Design Bureau exhibition. All these events took place on September 18.
The Government, working together with ASI to expand support for social entrepreneurship projects, is to approve a new action model for the Social Projects Support Foundation and see to it that the platform for working with entrepreneurs’ requests is connected to the Unified Identification and Authentication System and, if necessary, also to other state information systems.

The Government, working together with ASI and the top officials of the Russian regions, is to provide assistance to the implementation of the pilot project, Russian Fairs, aimed at revitalising regional fairs.
The Government, working together with ASI and the Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia) Union to encourage the employment of senior citizens, is to amend the Demography National Project so that people aged 50+, as well as working pensioners, are included in the retraining programme and events are planned to inform them of education opportunities.
The Government, working together with ASI and the concerned organisations, is to submit proposals regarding the implementation of the Digital Model of the Typical Region project.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, working together with the Russian Export Centre, is to establish Russian international certification laboratories for high-tech products made by Russian companies for export, as well as to reduce administrative procedures and lower barriers for the export of such products.
