The President approved a list of instructions following his meeting with students of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University on April 16, 2025.
The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to submit proposals on attracting competitive student design bureaus to implement measures for ensuring Russia’s technological leadership, including in space activities.
The instruction given to the Roscosmos State Corporation, together with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, concerns rendering support to students studying under programmes to train personnel for the rocket and space industry to undergo internships in relevant organisations, including at the Baikonur and Vostochny space launch centres.
The Roscosmos State Corporation has been instructed to provide support for launching small space vehicles for educational and research purposes, making provisions for extending the UniverSat programme.
