Dmitry Medvedev also mentioned the grants allocated by the government to attract foreign scientists to work in Russia.
President Medvedev welcomed the preliminary results of the Fund for Development of the Centre of Research and Commercialising of New Technologies (Skolkovo Foundation), a non-profit organisation designed to achieve socially useful results in the field of innovation.
