Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following the 23rdcongress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).
The Government has been instructed, taking into account the Eurasian Economic Union’s agreements and rules regarding technical regulation, to draft proposals on notification procedures with the accredited organisations responsible for certifying particular types of goods.
The Government has also been instructed to work with the principal public business associations on including among the main tax policy priority areas the results of overall tax burden assessment, based on the methods used by the RSPP.
The Government and the Central Bank have been jointly instructed to draft proposals on the expediency of introducing a system that would require participants in stake-based construction projects to insure property risks arising from failure of the developer to fulfil contractual obligations.
