Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the 10th extraordinary congress of the OPORA Russia public association for small and medium-sized entrepreneurship.
The message reads, in part:
“For many years, this reputable organisation has been bringing together representatives of the business community from across Russia. You have good knowledge of the situation on the ground and of the conditions in which entrepreneurs operate. You are the state’s reliable partner when it comes to tackling such problems as improving the business and investment climate in the country, creating favourable conditions for private initiatives, and boosting the competitiveness of domestic products. It is important to continue taking advantage of OPORA Russia’s accumulated experience and strong potential in order to strengthen the national economy and the social sector, to develop territories and to ensure people’s wellbeing.
I am convinced that this conference will be very productive, and the ideas and proposals presented during the conference will be in great demand.”
