Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions following a July 2 meeting with small business representatives in the Jewish Autonomous Region.
In accordance with the document, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Finance Ministry are instructed to analyze the expediency of taking into account the sectors’ specific nature in identifying criteria for allowing organisations to use the simplified taxation system.
Furthermore, the Finance Ministry and the Ministry of Regional Development are instructed to prepare suggestions for simplifying the procedures for local governments to attract credit resources to build engineering infrastructure, using land lots allotted for house construction as security.
