Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law amending the Tax Code and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation.
The federal law aims to improve tax law provisions in order to create a more favourable taxation environment for carrying out scientific research and development work in Russia involving the development of new or improved products, goods, labour, and services, and the development or improvement of the technology used along with production and management organisation methods.
