Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amending Part Two of the Russian Federation Tax Code to Improve Taxation for Nongovernmental Organisations and Charity Work.
The Federal Law is aimed at improving the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and levies in order to create tax incentives for nongovernmental organisations (including those providing social services to the public), charity and voluntary work.
In this regard, several new tax incentives are being introduced, and the procedures for applying current tax incentives are being clarified.
