The Head of the Federal Taxation Service briefed the President on the tax authorities performance in the first eight months of 2014.
According to Mr Mishustin, in these eight months the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation received 8.4 trillion rubles [about $220 billion], which is a trillion more than in the same period last year – a 14 percent increase.
The FTS Head informed the President of the measures to enhance the efficiency of tax administration that have already helped ensure stable budget revenue at all levels.
