Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following the March 30, 2016 meeting with Government members.
The Government has been instructed to work jointly with the State Duma during the spring session to discuss draft federal laws on the state-owned (municipally-owned) companies’ procurements financed with allocations from the federal budget; the introduction of modified business operation requirements (permits) for individual entrepreneurs; the procedure for granting VAT deductions for non-commodity exports. Other instructions concern small- and medium-sized businesses.
In addition, the Government has been instructed to ensure that the Legislative Commission analyses in April 2016 the draft laws to improve the business environment and also provides comprehensive support to draft laws on creating and promoting Russian software.
