To support investment and business activities in Russia, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has been instructed to ensure the submission to the State Duma for approval during the 2019 spring session of a federal law on protecting and encouraging investment.
The President also instructed that the draft federal law on including non-tax payments in the Tax Code envisage a transition period, during which criminal liability for non-payment is suspended.
