Vladimir Putin endorsed a list of instructions following a State Council meeting on December 26, 2019.
The President instructed the Government to take measures for the comprehensive development of agricultural land and the agro-industrial complex. In particular, the ministers are to ensure the approval of the state programme on the effective use of agricultural land, update the list of specialties in the area of vocational education in agriculture and submit proposals on providing the required personnel for rural areas.
