The President signed Executive Order On Suspension by the Russian Federation of Certain Provisions of International Tax Treaties of the Russian Federation.
In view of the need to take urgent measures in connection with the unfriendly actions of a number of foreign states against the Russian Federation, its citizens and legal entities, the President resolved to suspend a number of provisions of tax treaties with the United States of America, European Union countries and other unfriendly states.
The Government has been instructed to submit a relevant draft law to the State Duma and take measures to ensure that the implementation of the Executive Order has no impact on the Russian Federation economy.
