The President signed Federal Law On Suspension by the Russian Federation of Certain Provisions of the Russian Federation's International Treaties on Taxation.
This Federal Law suspends certain provisions of the Russian Federation's international tax treaties until foreign states remedy the violations they have committed with respect to the legitimate economic and other interests of the Russian Federation, the rights of its citizens and legal entities, or until these international treaties expire with respect to the Russian Federation.
