On December 23, Vladimir Putin will chair a joint meeting of the State Council and the Presidential Commission for Monitoring Targeted Socioeconomic Development Achievement Indicators of the Russian Federation.
The meeting will discuss measures to implement presidential executive orders on Russia's socioeconomic development. Three sets of issues will be discussed at the meeting, including the development of education, modernisation of housing and utilities sector, and development of labour productivity.
