Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Seed Production.
The Federal Law regulates seed production, including cultivation, storage, transportation, sale and use of agricultural seeds, their import into and export from the Russian Federation, and related services.
In particular, the Federal Law regulates issues concerning federal state supervision of seed production, ensuring safety and international cooperation in this area.
