The President signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol of Amendments to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bulgaria on Social Security of February 27, 2009.
The protocol is designed to introduce additional regulatory measures regarding the pensions of Russian and Bulgarian citizens, given the changes in the pension legislation of both countries since the Agreement came into force.
