Due to the association’s unique programmes, thousands of people have received a real opportunity to take on a profession, with their talents and abilities sought after in a variety of areas. This large multi-faceted work is certainly worthy of deep recognition and support.

I am confident that together you can achieve significant results in the protection of rights and legitimate interests of visually impaired people, and in solving urgent problems related to their rehabilitation and social adaptation.”
