The message reads, in part:

“Over the years of productive work, the organisation has earned a strong public reputation and has achieved a great deal to resolve the most important issues concerning rehabilitation and social adaptation of people with health restrictions, protection of their rights and interests.

I want to stress that creating conditions for the personal fulfilment of all Russian citizens is a key priority of the national policy and one of the most significant factors in the country’s successful development. Therefore, the initiatives of the All-Russian Society of People with Disabilities, which are in great demand, deserve the highest recognition and support.”
