Adviser to the President Alexandra Levitskaya chaired a meeting of the Commission for the Disabled.
Taking part in the meeting were Federation Council Vice Speaker Galina Karelova, Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova, commission members, representatives of federal executive bodies and regional executive bodies, as well as of Russian public organisations on the disabled.
Commission meeting participants discussed measures to increase the availability of children’s recreation and the rehabilitation of children with disabilities; and a review of the monitoring of the introduction of an electronic certificate to provide disabled people with high-quality technical support in rehabilitation.
