Dmitry Medvedev signed an order on allotment of resources for buying specialised equipment needed to care for premature infants.
In line with the order, 350 million rubles [over $12 million] shall be allotted from the presidential reserve fund in 2011 to clinics and hospitals via the Healthcare and Social Development Ministry of Russia for purchasing the specialised equipment needed to care for premature infants.
