Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amending Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation with Regard to the Rights of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons Infected with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) to Enter and Reside in the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law is aimed at bringing individual provisions of federal laws On Preventing the Spread of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in the Russian Federation, On Entry Into and Exit From the Russian Federation and On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation into compliance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of March 12, 2015.
