Vladimir Putin issued a list of instructions following a meeting with Government members on July 19, 2017.
The Government has been instructed to coordinate with the Presidential Executive Office on passing the necessary legislative acts to implement provisions of the Federal Law On Amendments to Particular Russian Federation Legislative Acts on the Use of Information Technology in Health Protection.
The Government shall also prepare amendments to the Administrative Offences Code regarding purchases of medicines for state and municipal needs, and have them ready for submission to the State Duma during its autumn session.
The Government, together with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, shall draft proposals on the use of special equipment designed to prevent loss of attention and concentration by drivers of passenger vehicles equipped for the transportation of more than eight people.
