The President endorsed a list of instructions following the meeting on upgrading primary healthcare held on October 2 of this year.
Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern the principles of upgrading primary healthcare and requirements for sectoral remuneration systems.
The Government was also instructed to adopt the necessary legal documents on the structure of the remuneration system for medical workers and the training of healthcare managers.
Instructions for the Government and the regional executive bodies bear on the assessment of additional expenses from budgets at all levels on the transition to a new sectoral payment system in healthcare and the deadlines for its introduction.
