The message reads, in part:

Its exceptional efficiency makes this medication segment extremely popular, and it completely meets our domestic demand.
I would like, of course, to specially note your significant contribution to fighting the COVID-19 epidemic. During the complicated conditions of the pandemic, you managed to quickly launch and streamline the mass production of the Sputnik V vaccine. This tremendously difficult and intensive work is very important for protecting people’s lives and their health.
