The message reads, in part:
“Today marks the professional holiday of people with stamina of a special kind and high moral qualities. You accomplish an important and noble mission as you are the first to provide medical care, save lives and protect people’s health, and you invariably demonstrate professionalism and the ability to act fast and efficiently, sparing no effort, in the most complicated emergency situations.
Of course, the emergency medical service specialists demonstrated their best qualities in full during the coronavirus pandemic, which proved to be a serious challenge for the medical community, for the whole country. Your selfless, hard work rightfully deserves our sincere gratitude and acknowledgement.
I believe you will continue to work conscientiously and honorably, carrying on the rich traditions of the many generations of your predecessors, introduce new approaches and technology, and improve personnel training methods.”
